A Message to Our Customers
About COVID-19

Our online store is still open and we are still sending shipments.

Rest assured, we are doing our part to slow the spread of COVID-19 in our communities by closely following the CDC’s recommended guidelines.

Our warehouse is clean, we have no reported cases in any of our facilities and our employees are practicing social distancing, while they continue safely fulfilling your orders. All other employees, along with our entire customer service team, are working remotely to ensure you have everything you need.

We appreciate your patience if you receive a message when trying to reach our customer service line. We have setup up this protocol to better manage incoming calls for our remote workers who will return your calls promptly and in the order in which they were received. 

While these times are unprecedented and circumstances are fluid, we also know this is temporary. We want to thank our incredible team for their commitment to serving our customers. We are inspired to see our people and communities come together to get through this trying time by remaining vigilant, hopeful and safe.

Shipping

It is our goal to ship your order as promptly as possible. However, given the current conditions we cannot guarantee Overnight and 2-Day orders due to overwhelming shipping demands.

46 & Spruce only ships within the United States. At this time, we cannot ship our products internationally or to PO Boxes. Shipping costs and delivery dates are estimated and determined at checkout after you’ve placed your order. The costs are determined by the shipping options you select for your order during checkout.

Orders are entered between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM EST Monday thru Friday. If you place your order Monday thru Thursday, it should ship one business day after the day you placed your order. If you place your order on Friday, it should ship the following Monday. Overnight and 2 Day orders must be received by 12:00 PM EST in order to ship the same day; otherwise, the order will ship the following business day. Please note - if you select overnight service on a weekend, your order will not process until Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday, assuming it is not a holiday week. If you place your order on Thursday after 12 PM, it will not deliver until the following Monday.

We ship via FedEx for your convenience. All orders are shipped in well-packaged boxes using environmentally friendly materials, and are securely sealed for transport. As a courtesy, we offer free shipping for qualifying orders, which is also determined during the time you are placing your order. Currently, orders over $75 qualify for free shipping, except those shipping to Alaska & Hawaii.  

Returns

We know our customers prefer simplicity and convenience, and we’ve created our return policy with you in mind. If you receive an item that does not meet expectations, we want you to return it. We accept any new, unopened and unused items within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) — no questions asked. If you discover an item has a manufacturer’s defect or was damaged during transit, we will accept the item for a full return or exchange and, if necessary, the return shipping costs are on us.

If you are interested in returning an item, please contact us via email or phone for a return authorization form to include with your returned shipment. We will not be able to process your return without this form. Please note, 46 & Spruce does not cover the cost of return shipping. Refunds are processed as soon as we receive the refunded item back to our shop. After receiving and processing the returned item, we will then email you a copy of your refund receipt for your records. Upon initiation of a refund, it typically takes about 3-5 days for the funds to make it back into your account.
