We understand that receiving your purchases in a timely manner is never more important than during the holiday season. Therefore, to help manage expectations and ensure you get your products on time, please note the following important shipping cut-off dates for these peak times.

Christmas, December 25, 2023

Wednesday 12/13/2023 - if you place your order on 12/13, it should ship 12/15. This allows for enough shipping days, excluding the weekend, to reach its destination by 12/22.

Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2024

2/5/2024- if you place your order on 2/5, it will ship 2/7. This allows for enough shipping days, excluding the weekend, to reach its destination by 2/13.

Mother’s Day, May 12, 2024

5/3/24 - if you place your order on 5/3, it will ship by 5/6. This allows for enough shipping days, excluding the weekend, to reach its destination before 5/10. 

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS ABOVE $75 

Professional Account purchases and all variations of the Wedding Arches are not eligible for the "Free Shipping on All Orders Over $75" promotion. All other purchases are eligible for free shipping if the cart total, before shipping costs are calculated, is $75 or above.

46 & Spruce only ships within the United States. At this time, we cannot ship our products internationally or to PO Boxes. Shipping costs and delivery dates are estimated and determined at checkout after you’ve placed your order. It is our goal to ship your order as promptly as possible. Orders are entered between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM EST Monday thru Friday. If you place your order Monday thru Thursday, it should ship within 3 business days after the day you placed your order. If you place your order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it should ship the following Wednesday. Please note this timeline is only an estimate and is not guaranteed.

We ship via FedEx for your convenience. All orders are shipped in well-packaged boxes using environmentally friendly materials, and are securely sealed for transport. As a courtesy, we offer free shipping for qualifying orders, which is also determined during the time you are placing your order. Currently, orders over $75 qualify for free shipping, except those shipping to Alaska & Hawaii.

Returns

 We know our customers prefer simplicity and convenience, and we’ve created our return policy with you in mind. If you receive an item that does not meet expectations, we want you to return it. We accept any new, unopened and unused items within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) — no questions asked. If you discover an item has a manufacturer’s defect or was damaged during transit, we will promptly send a replacement or refund your order for the item(s).

If you are interested in returning an item, please contact us via email or phone for a return authorization form to include with your returned shipment. We will not be able to process your return without this form. Please note, 46 & Spruce does not cover the cost of return shipping nor do we provide return shipping labels. Refunds are processed as soon as we receive the refunded item back to our shop. After receiving and processing the returned item, we will then email you a copy of your refund receipt for your records. Upon initiation of a refund, it typically takes about 3-5 days for the funds to make it back into your account.
