Refunds & Returns
We know our customers value simplicity and convenience, so we’ve designed our return policy with you in mind. If you receive an item that doesn’t meet your expectations, we want to make it right.
- We accept new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
- If an item has a manufacturer’s defect or was damaged in transit, we will gladly offer a full return or exchange, and if necessary, we will cover the return shipping costs.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us via email or phone to request a Return Authorization Form—this must be included with your returned shipment.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund as soon as possible.
- You will receive a refund receipt via email, and funds typically appear back in your account within 3-5 business days.
